Zumba

Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.

Zumba is a fun, effective, and simple fitness system that uses the principal of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. The sexy and explosive Latin rhythms create a party like atmosphere that deliver results, as well as a highly motivating workout.

Yoga

An easy stretching class that flows and consists of physical exercises, breathing and relaxation.

Boot Camp

Our workouts are designed to melt your unwanted fat fast and get you tight and toned in the least amount of time possible. We guarantee that our highly qualified trainers will get you amazing results.

Cardio Pump

Cardio Pump class consisting of 30 minutes intense cardio and 30 minutes of muscle pump at the end.

Spinning

This is high-intensity, non-impact, fat-burning cycling class recommended for all levels.

Pilates

This class is designed to enhance your core strength, muscular balance and flexibility with an emphasis on mind and body.

Monday to Friday: 5:00pm- 9:00pm

Sat & Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm (noon)
